By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – German bank Wirtschafts- und Infrastrukturbank Hessen (WIBank) on Thursday priced a €500 million five-year senior unsecured bond guaranteed by the Federal State of Hesse.
The bond, maturing on July 9, 2031, was priced at mid-swap plus 15bp and carries a fixed annual coupon of 2.875%. The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.757 for a yield of 2.928%.
BayernLB, Commerzbank, Helaba, NORD/LB and Raiffeisen Bank International acted as joint leaders in the transaction.
Settlement is scheduled for July 9, 2026.
