By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – U.S. telecommunications company AT&T on Monday priced a five-tranche SEC-registered senior unsecured notes offering comprising €4.1 billion and £550 million.

The €1 billion four-year notes due August 3, 2030 carry a 3.600% fixed annual coupon and were priced at 65bp over mid-swaps. The notes were reoffered at a price of 99.824 to yield 3.648%.

AT&T also priced €1.25 billion of eight-year notes due August 3, 2034 at 110bp over mid-swaps. The notes carry a 4.150% fixed annual coupon and were reoffered at a price of 99.726 to yield 4.191%.

The €1 billion of 12-year notes due August 3, 2038 carry a 4.550% fixed annual coupon and were priced at 135bp over mid-swaps. The notes were reoffered at a price of 99.864 to yield 4.565%.

AT&T also priced €850 million of 19-year notes due August 3, 2045 at 175bp over mid-swaps. The notes carry a 5.050% fixed annual coupon and were reoffered at a price of 99.760 to yield 5.070%.

The sterling tranche comprises £550 million of 26-year notes due August 3, 2052, priced at 140bp over the UK gilt benchmark. The notes carry a 7.050% fixed semiannual coupon and were reoffered at a price of 99.823 to yield 7.065%.

Settlement for all five tranches is scheduled for August 3, 2026.
